💕 Ingo and Isla meet in Hisui, when the warden visits Jubilife Village for some unrelated matter. Isla finds him intimidating at first and, as such, keeps her distance.💕 The second time they meet, Isla’s Yampers happened to run off, for one or another reason. It turns out, that they have taken a liking to the warden and have followed his scent, as they sensed him nearby. Ingo recognizes them and delivers them back to their owner. Isla is quite impressed and smitten by the selfless act. It turns out, the task will have to be repeated many, many times, as the two Yampers are, apparently, quite skilled at outrunning and outsmarting their owner. And then, of course; warden head scratches are the best head scratches.💕 Whenever they happen to meet, whether out in the wildlands of Hisui, or in Jubilife, Ingo and Isla greet each other politely, from now on, engaging in friendly, pleasant conversation. The warden seems to feel an odd sense of familiarity around the young noble, one he cherishes but cannot quite explain or justify to himself. Ingo notices a little model train in Isla’s office, one day, and the two spend long hours exchanging their opinions on the matter. Isla experiences how kind Ingo is towards both Pokemon and humans and decides to ask him for advice on how to grow stronger as a tamer, since she herself barely has any experience in the field.💕 Gradually, they start growing more and more fond of one another.💕 Unfortunately for everyone, they are both very oblivious of the other’s affection. Isla has the tendency to quickly excuse herself, whenever finding herself flustered in Ingo’s presence, which the warden takes as him insulting her somehow. On the other hand, with how busy, but equally passive Ingo seems sometimes, Isla doubts there would be any place in his life at this current stage. As such, she settles for being as good of a friend as is humanly possible. The entirety of Jubilife Village, both Diamond and Pearl Clans, and everyone else KNOW these two are interested in one another. Bets are made on who will confess first. And yet, for the time being, none of it goes anywhere.💕 The confession happens in a rather sudden manner; the two of them take a walk by the beach near Jubilife Village; warden Ingo, overcome by fondness, confesses his feelings to the noble, to which she reassures him of her own view on the matter being mutual. They spend the rest of the afternoon together but do not see the need to announce their courtship in any way for quite a while.💕 Not all too much changes, after the confessions are made; Ingo and Isla have been openly kind and caring towards one another before already, and neither of them displays all too much of their affection publically; as such, most of their friends and acquaintances assume they still have not made the decisive step towards a romantic relationship. Only when the two are spotted exchanging a little kiss, thinking they are safe from prying eyes, does their ‘secret’(which never was a secret at all, they are both just private people) become a known matter.💕 One would wish for them to live happily ever after; and they do, for a while! But all good things must come to an end, at some point. After a while, Isla’s father regains control over her daughter’s life; he orders her back to Galar, where she is to marry a suitable bachelor he has chosen for her. Isla refuses, at first, until it is her younger brother who comes to Hisui to take her back. Unable to refuse the young man, Isla agrees to ‘fulfill the duty’ she has towards her family. She will return to Galar, to marry the man her father picked for her, securing the financial stability of the company in this way. The news shatters both her and Ingo’s hearts. Still, the dutiful warden is understanding enough of Isla’s predicament and, as such, lets her go. The noblewoman travels back to Galar, then Unova, where she is to marry her future husband.💕 During this journey, she encounters a particular Pokemon; a Hoopa, who takes a liking to her. In Unova, at the newly built train station, an incident occurs; for one reason or another, whether on accident or on purpose, Isla finds herself pushed onto the train tracks, right in the path of an oncoming train. Hoopa, her new companion, manages to save her at the last moment, locking her and her two Yampers in a pocket dimension. There she remains, under the Pokemon’s watchful eye, as it cares for her. She is aware of time passing, but never quite of how long she has actually spent in the space between spaces. She begins losing the memories she has of her past, her loved ones, her time in Hisui… only a couple of vague words and pictures remain.💕 At this point, she is able to convince the Hoopa to let her go; and they do. They let her leave, once again at a train station. An odd one. She has never seen anything quite like this. Her two Yampers seem to have picked up a familiar scent; and so begins the wild chase, during which history repeats, and Isla is, once again (this time on accident) pushed in front of an oncoming train. At the last moment, she is pulled to safety by a smiling man in a white coat. He scolds her for her carelessness; a couple of moments later, another one, a carbon copy of the first, except clad in black, appears, carrying her Yampers in his arms. They introduce themselves as the Subway Bosses, Emmet and Ingo.
Isla, unable to recall any hard facts, still has the impression she can trust these two. Noticing the poor lady’s predicament, the two take it upon themselves (Emmet begrudgingly so) to help her find her way in this odd new reality she has to now navigate.💕 A mutual fondness begins developing between Ingo and Isla; the latter has the impression she must have met the subway boss somewhere before, with how familiar his appearance and mannerisms seem to her. Emmet does not share his brother’s appreciation of the woman, but he slowly warms up to her, in the end deciding she might not be as bad as he may have initially assumed.💕 Isla remains very respectful of the twins’ bond, oftentimes reassuring Emmet that even if she WAS interested in Ingo, she would never dare step between the two of them. And with time, the younger of the duo begins to trust her.💕 Their prelude to a relationship is very much similar to what Isla has experienced in Hisui; long conversations, mutual respect, and appreciation slowly melt into attraction and affection. This time around, the confession is nearly a mirror image of the one Isla has already experienced. The setting is the only exception; instead of a secluded beach, Ingo admits his feelings for her at the Nimbasa subway station. And once again, kisses and promises were exchanged. Once again, things were alright, for just a moment. For just a short while.💕 Ingo disappeared while Isla was visiting Galar; both he and Emmet saw her off at the station, as she set out for her journey. She learned of Ingo’s absence from a phone call from Elesa; afterward, she returned to Unova as soon as she could. Things were… different now. Quieter. More confusing for everyone. There only is one subway boss now, and he seems… off. Panicked, erratic. Broken. Isla does his best to help Emmet through his difficult time, but she herself is mourning the loss of her love as well. They both know they should, most likely, give up hope on ever finding Ingo again, and yet… they keep searching. They should let it go and try their best to come to terms with their grief, but such a course of action is not an option for either of them. And so, they keep going. They keep investigating. And they keep hoping against all hope, that someday… they will be able to bring him back somehow.

HISTORYThe Four Clans✨ When the Seeds ships landed and humans tried to make a living on the planet of Gunsmoke, infighting was a rather regular occurrence. During the early days of the settlements, violence was an unfortunate companion of everyone's daily routine, even more so than during the present day. Against all odds, the steadily blossoming human colonies attempted to keep a semblance of peace and order in place, even if, for the most part, the strong began slowly ruling over the weak with a vice grip on power.✨ In one of the bigger settlements, a coup was staged during the early years, against one of the ruling parties, slowly developing into a tyrant. Against the rebels' hopes, their schemes were uncovered and despite the assassination attempt being successful, they failed to cease power.Instead, the instigators, along with their families, and anyone else involved in the coup were banished into the desert, to perish from hunger, thirst and exhaustion, without the aid of resources provided by plants in any of the settlements.✨ Word spread between the colonies, that the banished group was not to be welcomed or aided, should they ever arrive at any of the other settlements. And so, the banished families, who later became the Four Sandsailing Clans, were made to roam the sea of sand; even though many of them died during the perilous journey in search for a new home, they learned to survive on a minimal amount of resources, mostly scavenging ancient tech.✨ In time, the clans-people began building vehicles out of the parts of ancient tech they found, capable of moving across the sand as a boat would through water - those vehicles took on the shape of sail ships, propelled by wind and solar energy. With huge canvas sails capable of catching wind and metal thread and tiny, thin cables woven into the fabric to catch the energy of the twin suns of Gunsmoke the sail boats (or sand-gliders/sand-sailers) soon became the Clans' life-preserving resource, serving as both, means of travel, parts of temporary encampments, as well as sources of excess energy, that could then be used to power electric appliances. In time, the clans-people became quite adapted at surviving in the hostile environment they were forced to live, even though they could not completely abandon the resources provided by plants to secure their survival.✨ As years went on, more victims of banishment or persecution joined the ever growing 'caravans' of sand-gliders; now and then, smaller settlements would agree to trade with the clans, as the decree to avoid them at all cost was steadily taken less and less seriously, until it was ultimately forgotten. The members of the original group that, in time, split into four distinct clans, still prefers to keep to themselves, for the most part. They will pick up people found in the desert occasionally, as well as allowing members of the families to marry people from the towns and settlements around Gunsmoke. They will not tolerate criminals in their midst, but refugees and disenfranchised individuals are always welcome to join them. The Spark✨ Spark was born into a clan mostly preoccupied with trade, that cultivated closer relations with cities and towns than the other three; her mother was one of the engineers of the family, particularly skilled at working with ancient tech. Despite her awareness that she would never understand it fully, she was still able to use it very efficiently, circumstances considered.✨ As a young child, Spark was exceedingly active and foolhardy, even to the point of her actions putting her into mild danger quite often. Her energetic demeanor, however, changed drastically, as she fell gravely ill around the age of six. While there seemed to be no cure as far as traditional medicine was considered, her mother somehow came to the conclusion that bioelectricity of the body could be strengthened to accelerate the healing process and aid the girl's organism in fighting off the illness. Having done extensive research into the topic, she ultimately installed electronic implants on Spark’s body. The girl's health, indeed, improved in time, allowing her to slowly return to her old, energetic self once she was in her teens. As a side effect to the implants, the electricity her body produces exceeds the capacities of her organism, which in turn makes her extremely restless and hyper. The Downfall✨ Time passed and Spark's clan began to grow more and more comfortable dealing with cities and towns their caravan of sand-gliders passed on their way through the sea of sand. In some places, their arrival was anticipated with excitement, and so, as they grew more popular, word of their existence and their eccentric way of living began to spread.Soon, rich plant barons saw the clans as a potential threat to their business model, as it became more and more apparent that the people of Gunsmoke would not have to rely solely on plant energy, should the clans decide to share their knowledge about their use of ancient tech with the world. This, in turn, would put their livelihood, their huge fortunes into jeopardy. Slowly but surely, tensions began to rise.✨ At first, attempts at making the caravans stay away from the settlements were undertaken, then rumors about the clans began being spread, with the goal of, once more, convince the majority of Gunsmoke's population that the clans-people were nothing but a band of thieves, cut-throats and murderers. As this did not sway the public's opinion, it was decided to finally get rid of the problem at hand - a deal was struck between the plant barons and the clan; they were meant to meet and trade, giving up the knowledge they had cultivated for decades in exchange for monetary gain. The clan leaders, however, refused the deal, as they suspected their way of living and gathering resources would, ultimately, be turned into a means to secure more profit and they, in turn, would not be allowed to use it freely anymore. With this, there was only one thing the rich plant owners could do - and that was to slaughter the clan that agreed to meet with them as equals. In an ambush prepared beforehand, every single member of Spark's clan was killed - she herself was gravely wounded, and would have undoubtedly succumbed to her injuries, if not for the implants her mother had bestowed upon her in her youth. The electricity coursing through her body was able to accelerate cell regeneration, which in turn saved Spark from bleeding out, leaving a large scar on her abdomen behind; a cruel reminder of the fate her family endured.✨ Traumatized and stricken with grief, Spark was ultimately found aimlessly wandering the desert and, fortunately, saved from a certain death from exposure. Following a lengthy period of recuperation, her spirit seemed to heal - at least to the point of her picking up bits and pieces of her previous life once more. The Siren and The Songbird✨ Once she was ready to set out on her own, Spark managed to fix up one of the old abandoned sand-gliders, which, from then on, served as a means of transport for her.As she grew older and began travelling between the towns and cities of Gunsmoke, she ended up as quite the accomplished singer, able to earn money and aid the people that saved her, paying them back for their kindness.✨ Ultimately, this also let to her beginning to climb the ladder of fame with her appearances at more and more renowned musical venues all around the planet. There, she would sometimes encounter rich folk, very reminiscent of the people who had the blood of her family on their hands. Aware of the daily suffering of common folk of Gunsmoke, as well as driven by a desire for vengeance and retribution, Spark quickly learned she was able to use her charm to manipulate and steal from the wealthy patrons of her artistic career. And so, mainly using her talents to humiliate and anger the rich and aid the poor, she began her criminal career. She would do her best not to get her hands dirty by resorting to murder, but found that sometimes it was an unfortunate unavoidability. And that she sometimes really did not care to preserve the lives of rich pricks who made everyone else's a living hell.During that time, she also found out she was able to use the electricity her implant produced as a weapon, mostly using it to incapacitate or to keep herself safe.✨ As time passed and her thefts became more and more notorious, she was given the epithet 'Siren', for her ability to effortlessly sweet-talk and later rob 'unsuspecting, innocent citizens'.For a while, her criminal identity was not tied to her songstress alter ego; The Siren and The Songbird are still currently regarded as separate people, even though Spark is very much aware she will not be able to keep the charade up for long.

LivSpark & RazSpark💗 Livio and Spark only really met after the conclusion of Vash's fight against Knives; with the plant twins gone and no one really aware of their whereabouts (or if they were even still alive), life, still, had to go on in the last livable city on Gunsmoke. They were both involved in attempts at rebuilding what little was left of the remnants of humanity; the very first time they officially met (aside from catching brief glimpses of one another while catching up with Vash), Spark was keeping an eye on the orphan children Jasmine was in charge of. They got into a conversation, realising that, oddly enough, they shared a lot of mutual friends.💗 They happened to keep encountering each other, as time went on, while trying to make sense of things, now that the immediate danger had been eliminated. Spark did her best to help the refugees left stranded, after fleeing Knives terror on the planet. Livio, left a little directionless, without neither Vash's advice nor the Eye's orders, was a little hesitant initially, but ultimately began growing more comfortable around the little songstress. Her presence helped the man rediscover some of that sense of free will and direction he assumed had been taken from him. Together, they worried about Vash, they grieved his potential death, and picked up the pieces of whatever life there was, in more peaceful times.💗 At some point, Ms. Melanie and Jasmine inevitably ran into each other, both happy to reconnect and rebuild the close bond they once shared. Together, they made the decision to return to the orphanage and rebuild it, to give the children left in their care, as well as countless orphans left in the wake of the chaos that Knives had caused, a proper, stable home. For this, they required both financial and immediate physical aid. Spark was quick to get involved, finding ways to collect the funds needed, though few were aware it would be through less than savory means. The little songstress did not seem all too bothered, since the plan she had in mind would only serve to mildly inconvenience a couple rich folks who managed to retain their fortunes after Knives' reign of terror. Livio got himself involved in one of her schemes, that just so happened to go horribly wrong for the two of them - while they had managed to secure some of money needed to rebuild the orphanage, they deemed it safer to split from the group around Melanie and Jasmine, to later reconvene with them at the orphanage. And so, Spark and Livio left Octovern, setting out on their journey through the desolate desert wasteland.💗 Already somewhat aware that there was more to the sweet and caring little singer than met the eye, Livio soon learned his travel companion was a right menace, a vessel of restlessness and chaos, getting herself into trouble, which the man, more then once, had to bail her out of. At the same time, he learned of her ability to control electricity, while Spark got to know more about the Eye's experiments, as well as Razlo's existence. Livio's alter ego wasn't all too keen initially on the little songstress, but ultimately started tolerating her, if only for 'the other's' sake.💗 After a while, the duo deemed it safe to check up on the group at the orphanage; they found Ms Melanie, as well as Jasmine and the kids, trying their best to rebuild the life they once led there. While they had been able to procure most of the materials and aid they needed, there was still much to be done. Livio and Spark remained there, helping build the orphanage back up, though it was clear the little songstress was growing restless again as time passed. Finally, as an offer to venture out to procure some necessary items for the orphanage came up, she jumped on the opportunity, with Livio following right along - not so much out of restlessness, but rather a sense of duty to keep Spark from getting herself into to much trouble. As much as he enjoyed the peaceful routine of the life at the orphanage, as much as he was being reassured that his past misdeeds were now forgiven, he still did not feel entirely comfortable there, especially without Spark to take the attention off of him. And then, there was this undeniable thrill of adventure he inevitably found himself longing for.💗 The next couple of months would go by in this manner; Livio and Spark would set out on their own for a while, sometimes splitting up, when the occasion called for it, though they always could count on finding each other again at the orphanage. At some point during this time, Livio finally explained to Spark what exactly had happened to Wolfwood; the songstress had viewed the priest as a friend, during his life, and she had been aware he was buried not too far from the orphanage, but learning the whole story managed to break her heart a little. This event nearly made her leave Livio behind, wanting nothing to do with him for a good while, though ultimately she seemed to come to terms with the matter at hand. With the context of his background, she was able to somewhat understand why he blindly followed the Eye's orders, and while she had not gotten over the matter completely, she, at least, was able to offer the man the same grace Ms. Melanie and Jasmine had directed towards him.💗 In return for his courage about opening up to her, Spark took Livio to the spot the ruins of the flagship of her clan were situated, the structure oddly only half-buried in sand, after all the time left abandoned. It turned out the villagers from a nearby settlement, who were the ones who had saved Spark's life years ago, had been allowed to make use of the clan's technology aboard the ship, which transformed the insides of the ruined construction into a sort of greenhouse. The villagers took care of the ship, while growing crops inside of it. Because the construction was so remote and the harvest only just enough to feed the villagers no one outside of a limited group of people was even aware of the 'garden's' existence.Livio and Spark spent some time at the village, where the little songstress explained her life's story to her companion. The vulnerability both of them shared one another strengthened their bond, ultimately hinting at it slowly becoming something else than a close friendship.💗 This blissful state, however, was not meant to last; during their travels, both Spark and Livio got themselves caught up in more than one dangerous situation, oftentimes barely getting away with their lives.Razlo, who surfaced now and then, depending on the situation, had initially tolerated Spark's shenanigans, with time even learning to enjoy them and caring for the little chaotic lady in his own way - caring a little too much, as far as he was concerned.Unwilling to take a chance at making sense of his own - and Livio's - feelings (which would risk them making themselves even more vulnerable), he took the countless times Spark had gotten them into trouble as proof that she, ultimately, was not to be trusted. In addition, he used Spark's habit to manipulate people around her into doing her bidding, as proof that she, at some point, would attempt to do the same with the two of them.It was the one thing Razlo could not allow to happen, after all that he and Livio had suffered, following Chapel's betrayal.💗 Ultimately, Razlo decided Livio's and his own safety was worth the sacrifice of the alter making himself the villain of the story, same as he often tended to end up being. He demanded Spark stay away from both of them for good, bringing up her previous behaviour as proof of her less-than-good intentions. Even if she did not plan on using Livio to her advantage, he claimed, she would end up doing so, sooner or later, as it 'simply was in her nature'.She did tend to grown bored of her 'playthings' far too quickly, after all.Spark, while hurt, did not argue Razlo's point. In some way, the man pushing her away was exactly what she had been hoping for - she had found herself growing quite fond of the duo, a development which terrified her. After her family's death, she had always had issues with emotional intimacy, fearing that, sooner or later, the people she learned to care about would be taken from her. Razlo's decision to push her away was a way out, one could say. As such, bitter, but oddly satisfied with the outcome, Spark parted ways with Livio and Razlo - Livio did not take the news well at all, but seemed to go along with what Razlo thought was best. After all, it was his job to keep the two of them safe, wasn't it? Even if it did not feel like the right choice at the moment, it simply had to be.💗 As time passed, Livio and Spark would regularly drop by the orphanage, though they made sure not to run into each other, if they could help it. Spark returned to her career as musician, attempting to still pull off her schemes as The Siren, though with the introduction of television and live broadcasts by the earth dwellers, it soon became clear she would not be able to be The Siren and Songbird both at the same time for much longer.A wealthy individual, whom she had previously managed to entangle in one of her schemes, managed to ultimately track her down during one of her visits to the orphanage, threatening all its inhabitants, unless they were willing to give up The Siren, and let him pay her back for humiliation he had to endure because of her. Ms. Melanie and the others, of course, refused. Still, knowing full well she could not risk the man harming the children at the orphanage, Spark decided to take him on herself; she fought him and his goons, but because they were aware of her abilities related to electricity, they had come prepared and were able to, ultimately, defeat the lone Spark, with her only barely escaping death, as Livio returned to the orphanage just in time to deal with the threat at hand.💗 Spark was nursed back to health in the orphanage, with Livio checking on her as often as it was possible; once she awoke, after the joy and relief, a long and emotional conversation between the two of them followed. Apologies, explanations and affectionate confessions were exchanged, their worries and hopes now out in the open. They had yet to figure out how things would end up developing between them, but ultimately, they would be happy to figure it out together.💗 At the same time, matters between Spark and Razlo had still remained unresolved, for the time being; it would take time for the little lady to convince the alter that she, indeed, was no threat to him or Livio. The two began growing growing more familiar and affectionate once again, though that did not mean all trouble was now resolved.Neither Livio nor Razlo wanted to be seen as an 'extension' of the other and wanted to be loved and cared for for what they were as individuals. It took Spark a while to convince the two that she, in the end, had more than enough love for both of them; from there, they all started figuring things out, bit by bit and piece by piece, offering each other the kindness, patience and understanding the world at large had withheld from them.
ProfSpark💗 The ultimate nerdy prep x jocky goth aesthetic; Spark and Jamie(prof) couldn't be more different, but one's deliberate and the other's clueless charm keep bringing them together.💗 There are many scenarios with these two interacting, so their overall relationship dynamic will remain fairly vague; a reoccurring theme is the mutual fascination the two hold for each other, able to determine that there is more than the persona either of them shows to the world.💗 They are both highly self-sufficient, distrustful people, who manage to, oddly enough, find solace, understanding and comfort in each other's company.

History✨ Spark was born on Fishman Island, to a family of warriors, who served as members of the royal guard for generations. While her father came from a long line of merfolk serving as royal guards, her mother was a commoner who got trapped and sold off as a slave to a Celestial Dragon. She was ‘lucky’ to be just enough trouble to be later passed down to another owner, instead of being killed. She used some confusion that arose during transport as a chance to escape her enslavement and take refuge on Fishman Island, pitied by the fellow fishfolk around her, as she tried desperately to hide the World Noble’s mark under her clothing.✨ A little more than 26 years before the current timeline she met Spark’s father and they fell in love. The fishman loved his wife to madness, but his affection still was not enough to erase the scars her past had left upon her, physically and mentally.✨ When Spark was a young teen, Fisher Tiger’s rebellion against the World Nobles began; her mother, eager to get her brandmark turned into a symbol of freedom, instead of the shameful memory she carried with her for years, did not hesitate to join the Sun Pirates crew, as much as it pained her to leave her young daughter behind.Spark’s father joined his wife, abandoning his position with the royal guard, though not before making sure their daughter would be taken care of properly. The young mermaid, eager to make her parents proud, was educated as part of the royal guard herself, carrying on the family tradition.✨ It is not certain when exactly her parents met their ends during their lives of piracy; what is known is that, when the Sun Pirates disbanded and a portion of them returned to Fishman Island, Spark’s mother and father were not among them.✨ The young mermaid had every reason to despise humanity, after how it hurt her, her family and the countless merpeople around her. However, by observing the pirates that arrived on Fishman Island for the years to come, she learned that there was kindness to be found among simple humans as well. That, in the end, fishfolk weren’t the only ones suffering under the World Government’s reign.✨ When her tail split prematurely at the age of 26, she saw it as a sign; she would be able to explore the surface world, learn its intricacies and make up her own mind about humankind. Are they as despicable and rotten to the core as her mother had always claimed?Or was there still some goodness to be found among them? The young siren, for one, seemed rather hopeful about the matter.
